We know that many of you are worried about the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in Canada, and concerned about how this might affect your purchasing from Geri Fashions.
We wanted to reach out to let you know of the steps we're taking to ensure we can continue to help you take care in the coming weeks:
Our staff at our office and warehouse in Oakville is taking all available steps to ensure that we remain healthy and that our facility is able to ship your online and phone orders. This includes twice daily cleaning, working from home where possible and rotating shifts of employees to minimize contact with each other and with the products in our inventory.
We're working with our delivery partners like Canada Post and UPS to ensure that all safety protocols are in place for packages that are being shipped and delivered to our customers. Additionally, while we still accept returns, we have a stringent quarantine procedure in place to ensure all returned goods are handled safely.
To ensure there is no risk for our customers in Long Term Care and Retirement communities, we have cancelled all visits by the Geri Fashions trucks for the foreseeable future.
In these unprecedented times, we're so grateful to see Canadians coming together to help one another and we want to be part of the solution in reducing the transmission of COVID-19 in our country. We appreciate all that you do in keeping yourself, your loved ones and your neighbours safe in the next few weeks.
