Geri Fashions is committed to your satisfaction with your new clothing purchase and offers a 30-day return policy on most items.

We do not provide return shipping labels, and we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returned items. You are responsible for shipping your items back to us.

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

1. Final Sale Items: Sale items at a discount of 40% or more and Clearance Items are considered FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for a refund. Geri Fashions does not offer exchanges.

Holiday Return Policy

Unworn items purchased between November 1 and December 25, with a 30-day return window, can be returned until January 24, 2026, with a valid proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any items to ensure a smooth process.

Final sale exceptions still apply. 

Seasonal Closing 2025

Please note that our  office will be closed  for the holidays from December 20, 2025, through January 4, 2026. 

Orders placed during this period will not be processed until the week of January 5, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days (except during holiday season extensions).
2. Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
3. Retail tags must still be attached to the items.
4. Items must not be labeled.
5. Items must be free of offensive scents such as smoke, pet, or body odors.
6. Items must not have been discounted by 40% or greater at the time of purchase.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards
• Socks
• Discounted Sale or Clearance Items Over 40%

How to Return Your Item(s):

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-361-4374 or email us at help@gerifashions.com.

Once confirmed, please mail your item to:

Please include your name, phone number, address, and a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Please note that Geri Fashions is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in the mail. We recommend purchasing parcel tracking for your return shipment.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

NOTE: Effective March 2020, Geri Fashions has implemented a 3 to 5-day quarantine and sanitation procedure for all returns received at our warehouse. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and merchandise. Please be aware that processing of your return may be delayed as a result, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
