Geri Fashions wants you to be completely satisfied with your new clothing and offers a 30-day return or exchange policy on most items.

  

Sale and Clearance Items are Final Sale

Please note that sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Geri Fashions does not offer return shipping labels and does not cover shipping costs incurred with exchanged items. 

 

Is your product eligible for return, refund or exchange?

To be eligible, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days (except during holiday season extensions)
  • Items must be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition
  • Items must have their retail tags still attached
  • Items must not be labelled
  • Items must be free of offensive scents such as smoke, pet or body odours
  • Items must not be sale or clearance items (i.e. discounted at the time of purchase).

 

Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards
  • Socks
  • Undergarments
  • Sale or Clearance Items

 

How to Return/Exchange Your Item(s)

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of your original purchase please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-361-4374 or help@gerifashions.com Please note that purchases made online/by phone, cannot be refunded in store, but we can accept the return and we will process the refund at our earliest convenience.

Please include your name, phone number, address and a copy of your invoice/receipt.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in the mail. We recommend that you purchase parcel tracking on your return shipment.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

NOTE: Effective March 2020, Geri Fashions will be instating a 3 to 5-day quarantine and sanitation procedure for all returns received to our warehouse. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and the merchandise. Processing of your return may be delayed as a result; we apologize for the inconvenience.
