USE OF CREDIT CARD
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to use the Geri Fashions website. In making a purchase, you agree that you are the credit card holder for your account or have express permission of the cardholder to use their card as a payment method.
USE OF PAYPAL E-CHEQUES
If you're using the option of E-Cheques through PayPal, please note that it generally takes PayPal 3 to 5 business days to confirm payment to Geri Fashions, and your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. Therefore orders placed by PayPal E-Cheques may take up to 13 business days to arrive to you (5 business days for the e-cheque to clear + up to 8 business days for the postal service).
THIRD PARTY TRANSACTION FEES
Geri Fashions is not responsible for any outside transaction fees or charges that may be incurred by making a purchase through GeriFashions.com. This includes but is not limited to, NSF charges, foreign transaction fees, exchange rate costs, or any charge that is not directly invoiced through Geri Fashions.
BACKORDER/OUT OF STOCK
Although Geri Fashions makes every effort to maintain high inventory levels, some items may not be available at the time of your Geri Fashions shipment. If your selected product is out of stock, a customer service rep will contact you within 2 business days to advise you as to the estimated time to have your product ordered and shipped to you (generally 2-8 business days) and you will be given an opportunity to cancel your order or exchange it for a comparable product that is in stock if you wish.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost to you.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Geri Fashions is committed to your privacy and will not share your email, address, or other information to any third party. You are responsible for ensuring your account login information and password are secure and for restricting access to your computer. Account login information is for individual use and should not be shared with anyone else.
MUTUAL RESPECT
Geri Fashions is committed to providing a professional and respectful customer service environment, both for our customers and for our staff. Geri Fashions reserves the right to refuse service to any potential or existing customer if we feel they are being abusive, disrespectful or unreasonable in their expectations of service. Use of profanity, vulgarity or coarse language when communicating with Geri Fashions staff will result in immediate suspension of communication and cancellation of any future. Complaints regarding the communication from a Geri Fashions staff member can be directed to customercomplaint@gerifashions.com, where it will be reviewed by Human Resources and the Director of Customer Communications.
