Geri Fashions ships quickly! In-stock orders placed before noon leave our warehouse the same day.
In very rare cases, there may be an additional delay if items are out of stock, in which case our team will reach out quickly to inform you and offer you options to meet your needs.

Our flat-fee shipping are simply $12 per order to Canada and $17.95 per order to the United States.
Note that duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included.
For orders outside of our flat-fee shipping areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We will gladly ship your order to any long-term care home within Canada or the United States. If you would like your order shipped to a long-term care or retirement home, please enter that facility's address as the shipping destination when you are checking out.
If you have any special requests, please reach out to our team and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
Customers in Ontario also have the option of picking up their order at the Geri Fashions office, located at 1360 Speers Road, Unit C, in Oakville, ON. Orders are generally ready the next business day for pickup, as long as all items are in stock.
Please note that you MUST wait to receive your email that the order is ready for pickup! If you require faster service, please give us a call toll free at 1-800-361-4374 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST) and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate. Geri Fashions is not responsible for orders shipped to an inaccurate address. If the package is returned to Geri Fashions, we will contact you to correct your address before a second delivery attempt is made and you will need to pay shipping again. You will also have the option of a refund less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. If you're not home, the carrier will attempt to leave the package in a secure location, such as an enclosed porch or side door. If you are not home or there is no secure location (such as an apartment lobby), the carrier will leave a card letting you know from which local post office you can retrieve your parcel for up to 14 days.
Canada Post and UPS will only make one delivery attempt. If your parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we will call you to have the package reshipped (with an additional shipping charge) or refund the cost of product less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. Please contact us if you have any questions at 1-800-361-4374.
