For the month of September, all orders over $150 (before taxes) ship free!
Under $150, our flat-fee shipping are simply $12.95 per order to Canada and $17.95 per order to the United States.
Note that duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included.
For orders outside of our flat-fee shipping areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Shipping to Long-Term Care Homes
We will gladly ship your order to any long-term care home within Canada or the United States. If you would like your order shipped to a long-term care or retirement home, please enter that facilities' address as the shipping destination when you are checking out.
If you have any special requests, please reach out to our team and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
Pick Up at Geri Fashions Warehouse
Customers in Ontario also have the option of picking up their order at the Geri Fashions office, located at 1360 Speers Road in Oakville, ON. Orders are generally ready the next business day for pickup, as long as all items are in stock.
Please note that you MUST wait to receive your email that the order is ready for pickup! If you require faster service, please give us a call toll free at 1-800-361-4374 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST) and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate. Geri Fashions is not responsible for orders shipped to an inaccurate address. If the package is returned to Geri Fashions, we will contact you to correct your address before a second delivery attempt is made and you will need to pay shipping again. You will also have the option of a refund less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. If you're not at home...
If you're not home, Canada Post will attempt to leave the package in a secure location, such as an enclosed porch or side door. If you are not home or there is no secure location (such as an apartment lobby), Canada Post will leave a card letting you know from which local post office you can retrieve your parcel for up to 14 days.
Canada Post will only make one delivery attempt. If your parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we will call you to have the package reshipped (with an additional shipping charge) or refund the cost of product less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. Please contact us if you have any questions at 1-800-361-4374.
Geri Fashions wants you to be completely satisfied with your new clothing and offers a 30-day return or exchange policy on most items.
Holiday Returns 2021/2022
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, 2021 are eligible to be returned or exchanged (if eligible) until January 31st, 2022.
Sale and Clearance Items are Final Sale
Please note that sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. Geri Fashions does not offer return shipping labels and does not cover shipping costs incurred with exchanged items.
Is your product eligible for return, refund or exchange?
To be eligible for return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days
- Items must be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition
- Items must have their retail tags still attached
- Items must not be labelled
- Items must be free of offensive scents such as smoke, pet or body odours
- Items must not be sale or clearance items (i.e. discounted at the time of purchase).

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in the mail and recommend that you purchase parcel tracking on your return shipment.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Adaptive clothing is apparel that has been designed for people who have difficulties dressing themselves due to age, disability or general lack of mobility. Common misconceptions of adaptive clothing is that it is only for people who are bound to a wheelchair, however anyone who is limited by traditional clothing can benefit from adaptive clothing.
Many seniors appreciate the ease and comfort that adaptive clothing can offer, such as open back shirts, extra wide slippers and shoes, easy snap pants, and wrap-around skirts and dresses for women.
For those managing health conditions such as ALS, cerebral palsy, Alzheimer's, arthritis, shoulder surgery recovery, edema, or hospital recovery, adaptive clothing can make a significant and appreciated difference in life quality simply by making dressing less difficult.
How Does Adaptive Clothing Make Changing Easier?
Adaptive clothing makes changing easier as it requires less mobility to adjust, remove and put on. These garments focus on keeping motion centralized and close to the body as opposed to stretching your arms, legs or back to adjust them. A primary benefit of adaptive clothing is that caregivers can more easily change clothing on an individual with low mobility.
Types of Adaptive Clothing
Adaptive clothing frequently looks like regular attire at a glance, but offers ease and comfort such as open back shirts, extra wide slip-on slippers and shoes, easy snap pants, and wrap-around skirts and dresses.
Open Back Pants
These types of pants are ideal for those in wheelchairs and people who cannot be constricted by traditional pants or bear weight. Open back pants are cut out at the back but have a modesty flap to provide coverage. They fasten by 3 snaps on the side that allow for adjustment approximately by 1.5 to 2 inches. Open Back Tops
Open back clothing is applied by using snaps at the shoulder. This style still provides full coverage as an average shirt but it is much easier to put on and take off. Caregivers also love this style as it provides an easier changing experience as the individual being changed does not need to raise their arms. Dignity (Anti-Strip) Suits
Primarily used with individuals who have Alzheimer's or Dementia, Anti-Strip Suits are used to prevent inappropriate undressing. These suits are done up with snap closures at the back neckline, making it harder for the person wearing the suit to take it off. Caregivers appreciate these suits as it provides safety for the themselves as well as the person they are caring for. Adaptive Slippers are easy to remove and put on. By using large Velcro fasteners, adaptive slippers open wider than a traditional slipper, allowing the foot to be easily placed inside with minimal effort. Ideal for those being looked after by a caregiver. Available in wide fit to accommodate for swollen feet.
