It’s that time of year again! The weather is getting colder, Christmas decorations are coming out, and many people have started holiday shopping for their friends, family and loved ones. In this new world of COVID-19, more people than ever are online shopping for gifts this year.

This means that shipping companies, like Canada Post and UPS, are going to be extra busy this year. That said, it’s important to place your orders ahead of time in anticipation of any holiday delays. Weather, holidays, and volume may extend shipping times longer than usual.

We recommend you place your holiday order by Friday December 11th to ensure it arrives prior to Christmas.

FAQ’s - Ordering and Holiday Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Geri Fashions ships across Canada and the United States, with flat-fee shipping rates for most locations. Click here to learn more about our shipping rates.

Q: Do you guarantee delivery by Christmas if I order by December 11th?

A: The honest answer is no, we can’t. If there’s anything 2020 has taught us, it’s to expect the unexpected! But we can assure you that December 11th is our very best estimate based on information from Canada Post and UPS for delivery to the vast majority of Canada on or before December 24th.

If you’re concerned about having something under the Christmas tree, we might suggest a gift certificate as a safe bet, as you can order it instantly and have it delivered by email or email it to yourself to print it and pop in a card or a stocking.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: To help those who are purchasing Christmas gifts, purchases made between November 15th and December 26th may be returned up until February 1st, 2020.

Purchases made before or after this time period are eligible for our regular 30-day return policy.

If your order doesn’t fit or you aren’t fully satisfied, you can return your items by mail for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still on them. Click here to learn more about our return policy.

Q: Is there a pick up option available?

A: Yes, you can pick your order up at our headquarters in Oakville, Ontario. In-stock pick up orders are generally ready the next business day. Please click here to contact us about pick up orders.

Q: Can I shop in store?

A: We pleased to offer private and COVID-19 compliant in-store shopping at our Geri Fashions Outlet location. Q: Will Geri Fashions be closed for the holidays?

A: Our office and warehouse will close on certain days so that our staff can enjoy time with their families. On these dates, our customer service team will be unavailable and our warehouse will not be shipping out orders. All inquiries and orders will be promptly responded to when our office and warehouse reopen. Please contact us to learn more about holiday closures.
